NextPette's materials and components minimize weight and ensure durability and long service life. Internal components include precision plungers made of stainless steel (1ul, 10ul, 5000, and 10,000µL models) or ceramic (20ul, 200ul, and 1000ul models) and all use durable PTFE seals. Pipettors are easy to disassemble, and seals are easy to replace. Includes silicone lubricant. Recalibration can be done in lab - no tools required. Volume display is located on side of pipettor facing user – does not require a second hand to rotate pipettor 180 degrees to observe display. Asymetrical plunger button can be rotated to match comfort preference of user – button is freely adjustable to rotate continuously between wide setting or more narrow (thumb shaped) contour. ntire pipettor is autoclavable at 121 degrees C and resistant to UV exposure. All pipettes are factory calibrated in accordance with ISO 8655 standards, and include a factory calibration certificate.
